Getting most of your iPhone is very easy. Just follow these steps and you are good to go!
Launch Relations Manager, choose “Categories”.

Start by defining your own categories. You can name the categories any you want to. - We have used time as basis for our criteria. You could also use for example VIP’s, friends, Customers etc. (We suggest that you remove “Never” text and replace it with just blank. If you leave it as never it may confuse you later.)
Once you have defined your categories you have to classify you contacts based on how important they are to you and how often should you contact them.
Select “All Contacts”. When you select “All Contacts” you see your own contacts from the iPhone. Pick any name from the contact list. You can now change this individual’s category into something you prefer. If you are using the default setting you can press “Change Category”-button, application changes into next available category.
So if you place a person into “Bi-weekly” category Relations Manager will now remind you to call this person in two weeks time.

It’s really that easy. You are now ready to start utilizing Relations Manager. Whenever you make a call Relations Manager tracks it and sets a date into its database. Based on your criteria Relations Manager will remind you next time you should call the individual again. You see all your reminders on the main “Reminders” screen. If you mark a person as “urgent” that person will be listed on the main “Reminders” screen.
Have fun!
Note: Due to the limitations of iPhone we suggest you add Relations Manager to the iPhone’s menu bar. We suggest you to make all your calls using Relations Manager. This way all your calls will be tracked and Relations Manager will be able to remind you when to call your contacts.
